Vance Martin, Owner & Chef
I have been in the restaurant business about 30 years. I opened my first place, Cafe Panacea, in 1988 and relocated to downtown Fort Worth in 1994. Since then I have opened three or four other restaurants in the ‘90’s, done some consulting, was an executive with Super Target for over three years and helped a friend open a franchise restaurant in 2003 and 2004. I opened the doors to Lili's Bistro on May 9, 2007. and am enjoying being back in the business, seeing old friends, making new ones and doing what I love most - providing a great atmosphere, a fun and interesting menu and the best service possible. - VM

Heather Hogan, Chef
I have the privilege of holding the title of Chef at Lili’s Bistro. My first encounter with Lili’s was as a customer, an experience so positive I was thrilled have an opportunity to join the team.

After the completion of my classic French training at Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas I gained priceless culinary and wine experience in Austin and the Texas Hill Country, in both restaurant and winery work. As much as I enjoyed it, I am also a TCU alum. Realizing that my blood still ran purple, I decided to return to Fort Worth and join the talented team at Lili’s Bistro.

Yes, this is the Lili, short for Liliana, She loves having her own restaurant, and from time to time comes in to meet guests, check on how Daddy's doing in the kitchen, and give the waitstaff a hard time. She celebrated her 4th birthday August 9th to the sounds of our dinner guests singing happy birthday and a candle in the chocolate almond torte to make a wish by. Life is GOOD.
